Which levels take each demo tier is chosen per tier in Admin › Batting order. "Counts as new" levels are ranked on the office average until they have enough demos (Batting order). Switching a level off keeps everyone on it as they are.
The product lines this office sells. Every lead is for one product. With one product, nothing about products shows anywhere.
On means staff can choose it. The default is used when a lead comes in without a product. Switching one off keeps its leads as they are.
